Mr R. F. Drury joined this Department on September Ist 1900 and has served under me as Chief Assistant in charge of the North London Division continuously since then.

I have always found him most attentive, careful and zealous in the performance of his duties, and most anxious for the work under his supervision to be well and thoroughly executed.

He is extremely energetic and hardworking and I feel convinced he would succeed in any work he undertakes.
